In conjunction with D. Wayne Gould Consulting, we present a one-day interactive learning-by-doing workshop to teach students how to plan, develop, conduct, control, and evaluate various types of exercise.

If you are mandated by Emergency Management legislation, your trade association's Code of Practice or by other requirements to have exercises, or you need to check the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan, this is the workshop for you!

We cover Notification Exercises, Case Studies, Paper Exercises, Table-Top Exercises, Communications Exercises, and Field Exercises. Before the day is out, you will have designed your own paper exercise, had it played out while you acted as controller, and you will have served as an evaluator for someone else's exercise.
